I had a 10:30am appointment for an estimation of the damage I had in the front driver side of my car. The front desk was nice and attentive. I was seen on time by Domonique Broadus! He looked at the damage on my car and told me that it wasn’t much damage at all…the front part had just popped out and it was just a matter of popping it back in. He did it with no charge since it took less than 5 minutes to do. This is my third time visting Murphy and every experience has always been very professional and quick! I definitely recommend this place to anyone! Thanks Domonique!
I was rear-ended at a stop light and Geico had my car towed to Murphy’s. I was nervous about it, but they did a fantastic job of repairing everything. Geico’s Stacy Harris kept me updated about the progress of my car and Murphy’s called me when they were done. The work, which essentially involved replacing the better part of the back of the car, took about a week and a half. Murphy’s hours say 8-5, but I work until 5:30 and they had someone waiting for me to arrive around 6 to get my car. They shared all of my paperwork, including the estimate and a warranty, with me and showed me the replacements. The paint matches exactly and they replaced all of the necessary Toyota nameplates. I hope to never be involved in another accident, but I know that if I am, Murphy’s will do a great job with my car.
As with any auto body shop, I was a little skeptical before coming here because I am not that in-the-know on car parts or car repair processes. However, this place continued to surprise me throughout the repair process and I had a great experience with them.
Everyone working there is professional and extremely helpful throughout the process, from those providing repair quotes (much better than received at a couple other locations), to those working at the front desk. Everyone kept me informed on every aspect of the car repair – payment process, insurance handlings, every single car part being ordered or repaired, and timing/updates of the repair. I received multiple calls throughout the process, from both the insurance rep and from the front desk, to give me updates of where they were at in the repair process and when the expected completion date would be. This made the experience much less stressful than I would have imagined.
Lastly, they gave me an even better “deal” on the repairs after the fact, which was greatly appreciated. But, this was likely largely in part because of my boyfriend who tagged along and made it happen, so if he hadn’t been there I doubt I would have gotten that deal.
Either way, I’d likely return to this shop if I needed future repairs done to my car because of their service and, dare I say, prices. Great place!
I had a great experience at Murphy’s my estimate started exactly at the time we scheduled. Domonique was my examiner, he was very nice and professional, the front office staff was very friendly professional as well, Dominique was patient and he explained everything to me, they called me and kept me abreast of the whole process he also called when my car was ready, I didn’t have to call them five times, my car looks brand new, they went above and beyond what I expected. I’m extremely pleased with their service.
