I am delighted that Murphy’s Autobody is in the neighborhood.in addition to the convenience, their work and customer service are awesome. I took my car in for repair a week or so ago and am very leased with the results. Not only was the work excellent but the vehicle was immaculate on the inside as well. They also repaired my husband’s car earlier this year. Needless to say, he was leased as well. We will definitely recommend their services. Thank you Murphy’s Autobody, you are the best!!

I had a 10:30am appointment for an estimation of the damage I had in the front driver side of my car. The front desk was nice and attentive. I was seen on time by Domonique Broadus! He looked at the damage on my car and told me that it wasn’t much damage at all…the front part had just popped out and it was just a matter of popping it back in. He did it with no charge since it took less than 5 minutes to do. This is my third time visting Murphy and every experience has always been very professional and quick! I definitely recommend this place to anyone! Thanks Domonique!

I had a great experience at Murphy’s my estimate started exactly at the time we scheduled. Domonique was my examiner, he was very nice and professional, the front office staff was very friendly professional as well, Dominique was patient and he explained everything to me, they called me and kept me abreast of the whole process he also called when my car was ready, I didn’t have to call them five times, my car looks brand new, they went above and beyond what I expected. I’m extremely pleased with their service.

I was rear-ended at a stop light and Geico had my car towed to Murphy’s. I was nervous about it, but they did a fantastic job of repairing everything. Geico’s Stacy Harris kept me updated about the progress of my car and Murphy’s called me when they were done. The work, which essentially involved replacing the better part of the back of the car, took about a week and a half. Murphy’s hours say 8-5, but I work until 5:30 and they had someone waiting for me to arrive around 6 to get my car. They shared all of my paperwork, including the estimate and a warranty, with me and showed me the replacements. The paint matches exactly and they replaced all of the necessary Toyota nameplates. I hope to never be involved in another accident, but I know that if I am, Murphy’s will do a great job with my car.
